Job Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Intern at Valor Global Inc., you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Must be willing to work onsite (8hrs)
Assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.- Conducting initial phone screenings and assessments of potential candidates.
Collaborating with the HR team to maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
- Assisting in the development and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
Contributing to the improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.- Engaging in various recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
minimum of 250 hours and above internship duration
- Have a strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude.
