Job Description
The
Talent Attraction Intern is a Talent Attraction Team partner for organizing the administrative tasks and other recruitment related activities. The talent Attraction Intern help the Talent Attraction team deliver results in the areas of :
New Hire Onboarding
- Collect and process the pre-employment requirements of upcoming new hires such as:
- 201 files ( critical pre-employment requirements and internal documents
- Medical endorsement and consultation
- Background check monitoring
Hiring
- Execute intern hiring process from sourcing to onboarding such as:
- job posting
- paper screening and initial interview
- scheduling of interview with the hiring team
- onboarding: collection of requirements
- Assist the Talent Attraction team in hiring activities
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course
Onboarding Requirements
- Officially enrolled in a university
- At least on its penultimate year
- Enrolled in an internship subject
- With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
- Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
