As HR Generalist & Documentation Officer, you shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
Identify hiring needs of the Company by constantly and effectively coordinating with the departments, project sites, among others.
- Develop an effective recruitment strategy to attract qualified candidates. This includes the proper compliance with recruitment procedures and policies.
Keep an organized filing of hard and electronic copies of candidates CV for reference. Create a Manpower Pooling system based on shortlisted CVs.- Post job openings and vacancies in various recruitment portals.
Encourage internal hiring if necessary.
- Screen resumes, conduct job interviews, and assess applicant qualifications.
Onboard successful applicants and proper endorsement to the appropriate department.- Coordinate with the Admin Department for the needed working equipment and staffing.
Ensure company's recruitment policy is aligned with existing labor laws.
- Ensure that applicants have complied with pre-employment requirements before deployment, or monitor their compliance before the deadline, in case of urgent hiring and incomplete submission.
Coordinate and report to the HR Manager for related responsibilities.
Maintain an updated Masterlist of Employees- Ensure all employees are issued with Employment Contracts.
Ensure that all HR documents such as but not limited to: HR Memos, Disciplinary Actions, Appointments, among others are properly compiled, signed by appropriate signatories, and well-organized.
- Act as a centralized officer in charge of corporate documents such as business permits, employment contracts, memorandum of agreements, notices from government and private agencies, among others.
Issue memos, correspondences, and disciplinary actions as instructed by the HR Manager.
- Enforce HR policies and report (through Incident Reports) violations or non-compliance thereto.
Other HR functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
A graduate of BS Psychology, Business, Management, or its related industry.- With at least (2) years of competitive experience as HR Generalist, particularly in the Recruitment facet.
Exposure in telecommunication industry and/or construction is highly preferred.
Can independently work with less supervision.
- Able to draft memos, correspondences and communication letters in the business language.
Can organize complex schedule and maintain an effective appointment of applicants.- Leadership skill is highly preferred.
Strong-willed and good emotional intelligence.
- Has initiative to determine tasks and workloads that need accomplishment.
