Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Recruitment Responsibilities:
Manage time wisely to meet/exceed defined performance requirements of the team.
  • Contacts prospective employees.
Sources candidates by using social media and data base.
  • Schedules interviews.
Conducts phone or face-to-face interviews with individuals to assess their qualifications and fit for company or job.
  • Maintains records of interviews and hires.
Devises ways of improving the recruitment process.
  • By handling 201 files confidentiality is necessary.
  • Functional Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day Recruitment Process such as:
  • Posting of Vacancies
Call Applicants
  • Arrange Interviews
Conduct Interviews
  • Conduct Reference and Background Check.
  • Secondary Function: Might be assigned to work on special projects or associated tasks or create reports as needed.
  • SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Essential
Communication. Can confidently convey ideas with professionalism, sensitivity, tact, and respect across all members, officers, and shareholders of the organization
  • Analytical. Can identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts which influence and might influence center productivity and asset quality of portfolios.
Quality-Oriented. With high attention to details to execute functional role and ensure team alignment with compliance standards and policies.
  • Self-Starter. With professional maturity to understand what to learn on the fly and can manage self-learning to know the standards of the functional unit and be updated of its processes.
Technical Savvy. Understands how to operate general computer functions, MS Office tools (such as MS Word/Excel), and common Hot Keys (e.g. Alt+Tab)
  • Possesses solid leadership skills, knowledge of company mission and goals.
  • Desirable
Education. A college graduate (Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant Field)
  • Experience. At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, has an experience in Time Keeping, End to end Recruitment, has background in handling Payroll, has background handling 201 files

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24,
  • 00 - Php28,000.00 per month
