HR Recruitment Associate

Gratitude Inc. is in need of Recruitment Associate for a great addition in the Recruitment Team.

Job Type: Full-time, Probationary and onsite
Salary: Phg18K-25K per month

• QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year or more BPO or Sales experience

• With relevant experience in Recruitment is an advantage

Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) with an outgoing personality

• Customer Service and Active listening skills

Knowledgeable in different recruitment tools/ ATS or has the ability to learn quickly

• Knowledgeable in creating reports using MS Office/Google Sheet

Familiar with chat bots/ AI and tech savy

• Willing to adopt changes for better self-enhancements and always think out of the box

With dedication and enthusiastic personality

• Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong office

Open to be re-assigned to other department only if needed

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out end-to-end recruitment

• Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates to meet staffing needs

Responsible for calling candidates and assisting on the recruitment process

• Rerouting leads client-client to increase joiners/hires conversion rate

Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system(GLIT)

• Other tasks to be assigned in relevance to recruitment

• PERKS:

Fix weekends off, Monday to Friday
