Job Responsibilities:_
- provide administrative task associated with all facets of the Human Resource Department such as recruitment, records management, employee engagement & discipline
End-to-end recruitment- Online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
Identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts and agreements
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Records management, maintaining employee database- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Monitor employee attendance and leaves
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
Produce and submit reports to HR Head- Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the HR Head Supervisor
_Qualifications:
_- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
Proficient in MS Office & other business office tools
- Has good communication skills, both verbal & written
