JOB SUMMARYSupports the Talent Acquisition Team in executing the established recruitment strategies and ensures fulfillment of Company's requisition needs.
- Expedites posting of job vacancies and Applicant Sourcing in various channels.
- Conducts in-depth and behavioral assessment for Entry Level positions.
- Administers online examination and checks suitability of the Candidate for the role.
- Provides weekly update and necessary documentations to Immediate Head.
- EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology. At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment Process. Retail industry experience is an advantage.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
