RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role provides support in sourcing and recruitment as well us support to HR and admin.
- Understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles.
Screening applications and candidates selection- Conduct interviews, share feedback from candidates
Track profiles in recruitment system, preparing, and conducting job offers.
- Prepares Timekeeping and Mandated Benefits
Responsible for monitoring and reporting the pre and post (day 1 and 2) hiring requirements of new hires.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related course
1 year of experience in HR Recruitment
- Exposure to labor law and employment .
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.- Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
