Coordinate hiring activities, scheduling, interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates.- Monitoring upcoming and outgoing mails, perform other function as per instruction of immediate superiors.
Handle 201 files and paper works, assist new hire onboard.
- Prepare documents, coordinate, signing employment contract and others.
Undertake clerical duties- Answering emails, drafting letters of correspondents.- Maintain candidate data base.
Qualifications:- Must be a college graduate of any business course.
At least with experience in recruitment.
- Knowledgeable in accuracy and attention detail.
