Responsible for keeping updated all the recruitment database for reportorial preparation.
All the concerns must be aligned and coordinate to company's process
All the admin task assigned from time to time depending the needs of management.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Source, screen, interview, and profile candidates for open roles.
Endorsement of Background Check Verification.
Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
Maintain and respond to candidates queries from online sources.
Conceptualize employee branding, and recruitment strategies (online and onsite).
Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
Send daily, weekly, and monthly reports and hiring data.
Assist in hiring support roles if needed.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time depending the needs of management.
