- Recruitment
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company, including retail sales associates, watch technician, and administrative staff.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
Training and Development
Design and deliver training programs that address both technical and soft skills development, such as customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Employee Onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles and understand company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with various departments to provide necessary training and resources to new employees.
Performance management
Support supervisors in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees. Assist in identifying performance gaps and developing strategies for improvement through training and development initiatives.
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, training programs, and employee performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and training activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably within the retail industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
