HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and fostering a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing timely feedback to candidates.
Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Promote our employer brand and company culture through various recruitment initiatives.- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices is a plus.Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php28,000.00 per month
