Apply Talent Program/Policy Knowledge: Implement and manage talent programs and HR policies effectively.
- Maintain Recruiting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
Perform Candidate Prescreening & Evaluation:
Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidates to ensure a strong fit for the organization.Apply Knowledge of Core HR Disciplines:
Utilize expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Use Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and projects with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Apply Knowledge of HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Use Spoken & Written Language (Italian):
Communicate effectively in Italian, both verbally and in writing.Apply Knowledge of Recruiting Strategy:
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.Apply Recruiting Skills: Utilize advanced recruiting skills to source, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong understanding of HR policies, talent programs, and recruiting strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus
