  • Responsibilities:
Apply Talent Program/Policy Knowledge: Implement and manage talent programs and HR policies effectively.
  • Maintain Recruiting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
Perform Candidate Prescreening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidates to ensure a strong fit for the organization.
Apply Knowledge of Core HR Disciplines: Utilize expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Use Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and projects with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Apply Knowledge of HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Use Spoken & Written Language (Italian): Communicate effectively in Italian, both verbally and in writing.
Apply Knowledge of Recruiting Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.Apply Recruiting Skills: Utilize advanced recruiting skills to source, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong understanding of HR policies, talent programs, and recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,
  • 00 - Php100,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

  • Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
