Job Overview:
The HR Recruiter will handle daily core HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and compliance and will report directly to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Applies expertise in conducting end to end recruitment
- Creates job descriptions for new positions
- Source through the usual job boards and other ways to creatively pull in candidates
- Screen CV carefully and ensure that candidates has the necessary qualifications for the role
- Schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure to deliver best positive experience to both candidates and managers
- Execute all other employee relations tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HRDM, Psychology and other related field
Three (3) years HR recruitment experience for all facets- Preferrably with background in US Healtcare recruitment
Experience as a VA is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficient in utilizing technology for virtual training sessions
Passion for Human Resource and professional development
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php20,001.00 per month
Expected hours: 5 per week
