The Process Excellence Champion will play a pivotal role in transforming and optimizing the People and Culture Group's operations through innovative process improvements and automation solutions.
This role is responsible for analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing automation tools and techniques to enhance productivity, accuracy, and employee experience. The successful candidate will work closely with P&C cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement and productivity.

- Qualifications: *
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement and automation, preferably within an HR or people operations environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology platforms.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Knowledge of best practices in HR processes and familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements Plus Points:
Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
