Job Description
People Services Specialist supports People Experience operations within the areas of attraction, retention and optimization with the goal of implementing and managing initiatives that will cultivate a healthy, sustainable, and productive environment.
- Maintains and updates employee records in the physical 201 folders and in the HRIS
- Maintains the employee training record & ensures that training information is accurate & updated
- Updates employee records and ensures that employees and their dependents are included in all applicable benefits.
- Oversees employee offboarding with concerned stakeholders and ensures that the required employee clearance is routed to all departments so final pay is released as scheduled
- Supports and facilitates the New Hire Onboarding orientations
- Implements site specific Culture and engagement programs
- Prepares timekeeping report for the site for endorsement to the payroll team and attends to timekeeping and payroll concerns
- Ensures completion of new hire pre-employment requirements and system login credentials
- Attends and monitors employee-related queries, availment, and administration of company benefits.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of any four (4)-year course related to Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration
Experience:
- The position requires at least five (5) years of experience
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Other Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
