Assist in recruitment of new employees as needed Orients and trains all nerw employees and ensure all requirements collected and PPE is given with correct and signed contract and ID Prepares memorandum, warnings and give disciplinary action to erring employees Must ensure all monitoring files of employee are complete Create policies anad revise if need arises Updates, monitors and safekeeps 201 files Monitors the employees contracts, status and salary rates Updates manning list monthly or as needed Reports newly hired employees to govt. like SSS, HDMF and Philhealth. Monitoring and and encoding mandatory benefits and other employee deductibles. Reports newly hired employees to govt. like SSS, HDMF and Philhealth. Attend to inquiries of employees. Prepares contract of newly hired employees and existing employee, add addendums if needed Assist employees in filing their loans and benefits such us SSS and Pag Ibig Attend on Labor ( DOLE) concerns and on other HR activities. Ensure that all statutory reports are being done on time. Ensure company is DOLE compliants in all actions and all employees are paid correctly Process all EI employee weekly and monthly payroll in a timely manner ( from DTR to Biometrics) to be check by Accounting Department. Monitors all employees leaves and applies as necessary, maintain schedule for sick leaves, vacation leaves, and other deduction related to payroll Processing final/ separation pay Assist admin works if necessary/ as needed
