HR Partner - Compensation and Benefits
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be generalist but specialize in Compensation and Benefits, responsible for providing support for a full range of Compensation and Benefits activities for the site with a focus to automate certain activities and work with service providers. The incumbent will also provide support in matters and activities relating to employee relations. The duties consist of performing a variety of complex and confidential tasks using independent thought and judgment.
Oversee and administer the payroll process, ensuring such adheres to legal requirements and company-related policies.
Handle the administration of statutory and company-initiated employee benefits.
Manage, process and follow payment schedules for compensation and benefits vendors of the site.
Perform periodic audit and prepare reports on compensation and benefits.
Participate in internal and external audit requirements of the site.
Create and/or review and maintain compensation and benefits policies.
Conduct and participate in market surveys.
Address and facilitate employee queries and requests.
Evaluate and negotiate with service providers.
Manage and facilitate the process of employee's eligibility on the varied company benefits.
Coordinate and collaborate with Finance regarding payments and deductions.
Coordinate with payroll vendor for all matters related to payroll for the site.
Perform other related compensation and benefits tasks and programs.
Support benefit programs and ad hoc tasks.
Manage company service providers including the company clinic, and other services, and suppliers
Support Employee Relations matters including assisting in due process and formulating and supporting employee engagement programs.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any other related degrees.
Have at least 7 years of related experience
Knowledge and experience in various Comp & Ben work such as salary and benefits review, salary survey, job review, Comp & Ben benchmarking, etc.
Well-versed with the Philippines employment laws and labor standards.
Proficient in MS Office with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge and experience in navigating a human resource management system.
Must be proactive in leading initiatives and programs.
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks is a necessity.
Ability to perform & deliver under agreed timelines.
Has good interpersonal skills and is results-driven.
Must be able to communicate effectively in the team, employees, and stakeholders
Must be keen on details and is highly organized.
