The main purpose of its existence is to help break the chains of poverty by means of its two (2) major programs; the Ikabuhi Microfinance Program (IMP) and the Social and Sustainable Development Program (SSDP).

We are looking for - Organizational Performance Specialist (OPS)

• Assignment : Davao City

• If you are interested with the said position your task is:

Responsible in maintaining effective organization's performance by providing the management factual information on individual, team, and departmental performance such as but not limited to - summary report of areas for development, performance status report for promotions, and a report on high performance for succession planning, incentives and predictive analytics through an innovative system that ensures accurate and comprehensive reports.

• You are qualified if you are:

Graduate of Bachelors degree in Business Administration ( HRD / Business Management ) or BS Psychology

• Experience of at least 1 year in any section of Human Resource e.g. Recruitment, Promotions, Onboarding/Deployment, Training

Willing to be travel and to be assigned in our Cebu City, Legazpi City branch or Cagayan De Oro branch.
