QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:- Education : Bachelor's degree in any Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or any related course
- Experience : 3 years of relevant work experience
- Training : 16 hours or relevant training

- Conducts research on HR strategies, programs, systems, and processes that will attract and retains the right talent with relevant competencies for the corporation's workforce requirements;
- Assists in implementing strategies, programs, systems and processes that will provide career paths to all potential employees- thus preparing a pipeline of potential leaders and successors to different roles in the foundation;
- Assists in evaluating and implementing appropriate and relevant programs, systems and processes that will effectively and efficiently deliver the basic services required by employees including the administration of compensation and benefits ensuring compliance with all government regulation and foundation governance policies;
- Provides assistance to leaders at all levels to be able to assess, screen and select the right people for the right roles;
- Conducts workforce planning and analysis and its corresponding financial projection and actual expenses for personnel services;
- Participates in the planning of HR projects to include communicating and coordinating requirements, evaluating milestone accomplishments, evaluating optional courses of action, changing assumptions and direction, implementing results, and leading change management;
- Informs managers of organizational policy matters such as gender equality and sensitivity, and recommend needed changes;
- Assists the manager on work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations;
- Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices;
- Conducts the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions; and
- Performs duties as may be assigned from time to time.
