QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any relevant courses
With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job analysis and employee productivity.- Familiar with Organizational Charts
At least 3 years of relevant experiences
Conducting
Job analysis and creating
Job Descriptions- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff
relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
.- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions.
Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
