JOB SUMMARYThe OD Analyst assists the HRAD Director in the development and implementation of Plans & Programs in the field of Organization Development (OD) that includes Organizational Review and Design, Employee Engagement, Performance Management & Reward System, Succession Planning, Competency Assessment and Training that are aligned with the company objectives to enhance the overall organizational effectiveness of all the companies under Tagline Group of Companies.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organization Review and Design
Assists in the conduct of organization review and restructuring.- Monitors and updates approved organizational charts for all agencies.
Assists in the review of all job descriptions in collaboration with functional heads. Updates changes in the job descriptions based on the review of current tasks and job functions of incumbents.
- Performance Management and Rewards System
Assists in development and implementation of a result-based performance management system based on the approved KRAs/KPIs.
- Consolidates all performance appraisals and checks alignment with approved KRAs/KPIs.
Monitors implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for non-performing employees.
Assists in the development and implementation of a Competency Assessment Program with tools and assessment forms.- Develops curriculum and conducts training modules on behavioral trainings as a secondary function.
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management and allied courses- Must have at least gained two (2) to three (3) years solid work experience
Must have been part of a team that successfully implemented programs on organization development
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Canva
Must be analytical, numerate, with keen eye on details- Must act with prudence but with strong sense of urgency
Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must be presentable and must have a pleasing personality
Highly creative and must have good interpersonal skills- Must be organized and must have good time management skills

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
