Overview of Role
Manage and administer all aspects of compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, retirement plans, and health insurance.
Manages compensation and benefits issues.
Ensure timely submission of all government remittances.
Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed for the purpose of being timely, accurate, legal and meeting organizational objectives.
Ensures safety and health of the workplace and oversees maintenance of the whole office.
Collaborates with the management and hr manager on projects and initiatives to support overall HR strategies.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any other related field
- At least 2years of HR experience as generalist
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Meticulous attention to details
-Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
-Willing to work onsite in San Jose,QC
-Can start ASAP
