Job Summary
Responsible in sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, screening and selection, documentation and conducting background checks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
Prepare job ads and source qualified candidates
Conduct paper screening with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements
Contact and schedule applicants for face-to-face initial interview
Administer exams for assessment.
Coordinate hiring activities to concerned departments like schedule of interviews and status of hiring
Update recruitment database: Odoo
Submit weekly accomplishment report
Check complete submission of pre-employment requirements
Other HR Related Tasks
Ensures update of employee records in HR database
Employee Relation
Answers queries regarding HR related issues
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Must be a Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management or any related courses.
With at least (2) two years experience in handling recruitment; Previous experience in interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Well-organized, efficient and approachable
