HR Officer Recruitment
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
Assist in preparing NTEs, Warnings and discussion of Code of Conduct.- Planning and preparation of Employee Engagement Activities such as Monthly-end Parties, Team Buildings, etc.)

- Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee relations and counselling.- Responsible for the daily administration of general policies and program labor relations.
Ensures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy and DOLE.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Handles resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing lawsuits against the employer.- Submission of reports to DOLE.
Executes Exit Interviews and Clearances.
- Handle employee relation issues (Disciplinary Cases and DOLE Cases)
Support all internal and external HR-related and Admin inquiries or requests.- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Support planning and execution of engagement activities
- Smooth and compliant movement of offboarding process
Processing documentary permits of the company if needed- Perform other duties as assigned by the company
Able to use English as the working language.- Bachelor's/College Degree of Human Resource Development Management or Psychology.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
- Has Strong Interpersonal skills
Generalist background on Employee Labor Relations
and Administrative duties or C&B
is an advantage.
- With at least 1 year experience in regards to the Job Description.
Good communication and coordination ability and team awareness.- High attention to details and accuracy.
Fast learning, multitasking.
Ability to meet deadlines and drive assignments to their completion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
