Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or related field
A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position in HR Administration, preferably in a hotel industry
Proven experience as an HR personnel- Knowledgeable about employment/ labor laws
Computer literate
- Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem- solving- Keen to details and results- drive approach
Team player
- Knowledgeable with Government statutory ruling and process
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operations
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly- hired employees on HR Policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Administer in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Able to monitor monthly engagement plans, necessary budget approvals and initiating activities
- Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR Standards
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building- Evaluating employee performance and appraising pay scale accordingly
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Take appropriate disciplinary actions against employees in infractions
