Responsible in full cycle of recruitment process for store / restaurants and back support (all levels)
Responsible in the onboarding process including contact creations, Deployment, and new hire orientation
In charge of the Discipline Management which includes conducting administrative meetings and issuing appropriate disciplinary actions
Ensure to provide excellent customer service for internal customers (store, back support and management team)
Manages the timely creation and tracking of Recruitment Reports and spearheads or participates the operation meetings of the Food Group.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Human Resources / Psychology or Industrial Engineering or with equivalent related work experience
Able to manage a team of recruiters
Minimum of 3 years experience and exposure in Food Industry/Restaurant businesses specifically with a background in recruitment and administrative functions
Willing to work in Pasay City Head Office.
Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in HR database management or HURIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and record keeping
