Job Description

Job Role

  • Responsible in full cycle of recruitment process for store / restaurants and back support (all levels)
  • Responsible in the onboarding process including contact creations, Deployment, and new hire orientation
  • In charge of the Discipline Management which includes conducting administrative meetings and issuing appropriate disciplinary actions
  • Ensure to provide excellent customer service for internal customers (store, back support and management team)
  • Manages the timely creation and tracking of Recruitment Reports and spearheads or participates the operation meetings of the Food Group.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resources / Psychology or Industrial Engineering or with equivalent related work experience
  • Able to manage a team of recruiters
  • Minimum of 3 years experience and exposure in Food Industry/Restaurant businesses specifically with a background in recruitment and administrative functions
  • Willing to work in Pasay City Head Office.
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in HR database management or HURIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and record keeping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
