QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
Required Skill(s); Recruitment: end to end staffing Employee and labor relations: able to discuss & implement Company's policies & procedures Training and organizational Development : able to program skills development of employees- With at least 2 years working experience as an HR Generalist , from the security industry is an advantage
Knowledgeable of the Philippine Labor Code
Able to work unsupervised and under pressure ; goal oriented- Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City and Laguna area
