Bachelor's Degree of HRD/Psychology With at least 6 months to 1 year of HR experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required

Support the end-to-end recruitment process of the business unit by sourcing qualified applicants, screening potential candidates, and logistically supporting the hiring manager.
- Conduct onboarding orientation and ensure proper endorsement of new hires to their respective teams.
Ensure proper documentation is collected and stored in compliance with the company's 201 Filing and Human Resource Information Systems.- Provide relevant and regular recruitment reports to indicate performance and identify challenges when recruiting.
Participate in and perform tasks that will contribute to the growth of the business.
- Coordinates and Participate o Schools for OJT's and Potential Candidates.
