QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business
Administration, or any related course/ field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in the related field
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Offices & HRIS software applications.- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skillful in building a positive working relationship with people.
- Ability to establish, prioritize, and organize work to meet critical deadlines, manage multiple activities, and may work well even under pressure.
High level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication to work.

Handles End to end recruitment
- Create, administer, evaluate and interpret psychological test conducted for applicant.
Ensure that employment contract and update of employee's employment status are properly endorsed and notify the Department Head.- Monitors employee 3rd and 5th-month performance evaluation
Monitors employee quarterly performance evaluation
- Prepares letter to confirm employee regularization
Reviews performance evaluations submitted by the line managers- Handles employee concerns and labor issues
Deals with employee grievances and implements disciplinary procedures
- Drafts notices such as notice to explain, a notice of the decision, and termination letters
Accurate, complete, and timely processing of end-to-end payroll and other benefits provided by the company- Accurate, complete, and timely processing of government mandatory payments and filings
