FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW, ONE TIME SCREENING ONLY, CAN START ASAP Responsible for the end to end recruitment flow of the company (sourcing, posting, initial interview, coordination with hiring managers, offboarding, resignation and quitclaim)
- Responsible for onboarding of newly hired employees
Prepares and distributes company policies, memorandum, building circulars and holiday announcements in a timely manner- Attend to grievance process and procedures in the workplace
Prepare timekeeping summary every cut-off period and process accurate payroll
- Acts as company representative in government agencies (SSS,PHIC, HDMF, BIR TIN) especially in filing related transactions (remittances and loans) and filing of member's data records
Prepares and monitors performance evaluation of employees and related adjustments- Maintain a proper filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
Plan and implement employee engagement and related activities
- Prepare ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administrative or relevant field
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
Detail oriented- Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills
Adequate knowledge with Philippine Labor Laws with its implementing rules and regulations, exposure in labor cases is an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment- Willing to do fieldwork when the need arises
