CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
Develops, evaluates, and modifies compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.- Support of managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees.
Liaises with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepares monthly reports of the mandated statutory benefits.
Reviews HMO's Statements of Account and Monthly Utilization Reposts to check proper charging of hospitalization expenses and monitor expense level versus budget.- Monitors and prepares a list of leave applications of employees.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required- With at least 3-5 years experience on the same field.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment-related laws, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.*
