The HR Officer (Organizational Development and Talent Management) provides significant support to the Org Architecture and Talent Management unit through the development, improvement, and implementation of organization development (OD) initiatives or programs focused on the organization's structure, job design and processes, and talent management system which typically covers the key aspects of an employee's life cycle: selection, development and succession. It is geared towards ensuring that the company's organizational structure and jobs are ready for change and that there is the quantity and quality of people in place to meet the current and future business priorities. The position incumbent will ensure that Organizational Architecture and Talent Management (OATM) programs and projects are anchored to the organization's strategy, vision, values, and desired culture.

Responsibilities:
- Supports the development of the organization's talent management framework through activities such as but not limited to the following: Talent analytics, Benchmarking through research and company partnering, and Talent Management Process Assessment.
- Implements and evaluates the Talent Review for the Restaurant Teams through collaboration with the HR Business Partners to ensure quality outputs and timeliness.
- Collaborates in the execution of talent management action plans to support organizational change.
- Spearheads in the development and implementation of talent management initiatives that may cover one of these goals: selection to ensure a sufficient supply of talent for assigned levels; development to build individuals readiness to achieve organizational, role, and personal objectives (L&D MAP and IDP process); and succession management to develop and elevate talent over time.
- Keeps track and reports on the progress of assigned programs and initiatives and develops follow through action plans as needed to ensure goal achievement.
- Keeps abreast with best practices in talent management through maintaining of partnerships and building of network in the OD community.
- Collaborates with the Talent Development unit in exploring, developing and providing knowledge management and development opportunities that will create a sustainable organization that also develops the next generation of leaders.
- Maintains a database of historical talent segmentation of the Restaurant Team.
- Manages the career advancement program for the BU for assigned position levels through collaboration with Regional HR and BU HRBPs.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology.
- At least 4 years of experience in the development, improvement and implementation of organization development (OD) initiatives, programs or projects focused on the organizations structure, job design and processes, and talent management system which typically covers the key aspects of an employees life cycle: selection, development and succession.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work set-up).
