The
HR Officer will oversee the daily operations of HRD in providing core HR services to the different ZGC departments and members. Specifically, this position will oversee initiatives and services related to member relations and identified areas of organizational development to be able to contribute in fostering positive organizational culture, drive member engagement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise Employee Relations Services and Programs: -Serve as point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues, company guidelines, employee programs and engagement concerns. This task includes conduct of employee kamustahan, exit interviews and other monitoring mechanisms to check employee morale; satisfaction levels; factors that influence such and development of recommendations and initiatives to address identified issues.
- Oversee effective partnership with HMO provider and serve a point of contact for employees concerns and inquiries. This task includes regular review of HMO's quality of services and provide recommendations of partnership continuity, replacement and other updates necessary.
- Implement disciplinary policies and procedures aligned with the provisions of the company's code of discipline. Ensure that execution of disciplinary actions are aligned with company guidelines and compliant with legal requirements.
o Conduct proper investigation on misconduct reports and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
o Counsel Managers on disciplinary issues and provide guidance in the execution of disciplinary actions and handling difficult employee issues.
o Ensure fair and consistent application of disciplinary measures across the organization.
- Review and implement regular updates on the company's code of discipline to ensure alignment with the changes/ updates in the company's objectives and strengthen the practice of company's core values across all ZGC members.
- Manage and organize corporate events for increased employee engagement, improved positive working environment and stronger collaboration across all ZGC members; including post event review to identify and recommend areas for improvement and/or new events that will enable to achieve desired objectives. This includes all facets of event management from event planning to execution of on-the-day actions.
- Work with HR Manager on the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Take lead in the execution of various company events- Conduct investigation on complaints and grievances
Prepare and issue disciplinary action memorandum
- Assist in activities related to Performance Management System such as monitoring, feedback, recording and consolidating performance results.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is an advantage
Knowledgeable and strong background in HR functions (Employee/Labor Relations, Performance Management System, Recruitment etc.)- Knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws & HR Best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, dynamic and can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
