In this role, you will:
- Implement and refine HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain our talents
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Collaborate with management to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and company goals
Desirable qualifications:
- Proven experience in several HR operations or related fields
- Understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive employee relations
- Willing to work full-time and onsite at Mandaluyong
