_Responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing_ employees.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Engineering, or any related courses;
At least three to five years of experience in all facets of human resources in a supervisory capacity; Preferably with experience in Learning and Development.
With proven experience in Learning and Development and Corporate Social Responsibility
Capable of the following Skills: Oral and written communication skills, Critical thinking and analytical skills, Problem-solving and decision-making skills, Project Management, Leadership and people management,
Training Designs, Corporate Social Responsibility, MS Office Applications.
Willing to be assigned in Binugao, Toril Davao City.
