Analyzes training and development needs via surveys, interviews, focus groups, and engaging with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Designs, arranges, strategizes, and delivers diverse onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
Tailors training programs to address individual worker requirements, enhancing and sustaining job-related skills.- Produces or sources training manuals, instructional guides, and course materials.
Conducts training and development sessions utilizing a range of formats such as group discussions, lectures, simulations, and video presentations.
- Enforces compliance with the L&D policy throughout duties.
Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned periodically.
