HR OFFICER A graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
With experience directly related and aligned with the position
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure to implement the standard process of all administrative functions.- Ensure to facilitate the implementation of the company policy.
Strict enforcement of sanctions to all prohibited acts on the premise.
- Facilitate basic HR functions such as hiring, grievance concerns, and attendance disputes.
Coordinate with the bank (BDO) for ATM application and other payroll account concerns.- Assist to formulate strategic HR functions based on the current HR performance.
Timekeeping of weekly and semi-monthly paid employees.
- Coordinate with all department heads regarding all HR processes such as leave applications, overtime, under time, disseminate of information, memos, and others.
Assist to lead co-HRs from other branches to check the implementation of company policies, monthly reports, and other processes.- Secure all confidentialities.
Lead the harmonized communication and provides support and guidance to employees in all departments.
