Our business requires an experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team for an immediate start.
Oversee and assist in the sourcing and selection of applicants.- Ensure applicant pool especially for the high turnover positions.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with requesting department on the hiring status.
- Conduct new employee orientation on rank and file up to supervisory level.
Assist and oversee the preparation of all necessary equipment before deployment of a new hire employee.- Conduct background check for selected applicants.
Prepare Job Offers and seek approval from HR Manager before sending to the successful candidate.
- Coordinate and implement an effective onboarding process for new hires.
Supervise and oversee timely submission of employee appraisals during the probation period (3rd month and 5th month); and during midyear and year end employee appraisals.- Administer employee exit interview and clearances upon separation from the company until payment of last pay.
- 2. Timekeeping and Benefits
In charge of timekeeping preparation, checking and consolidation prior to payroll processing.- Assist employees for any benefit issues and concerns (government loans, health insurances, leave concerns, etc.)
Keep and update leave monitoring database.
- Inform HR Manager of employee status update (employment status, application for health insurances, leave credit updates, etc.)
Liaise with government agencies and industry partners as needed.
- 3. Learning and Development
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to address employee skill gap to enhance their performance.- Coordinate training sessions, workshops or seminars, both externally and internally.
Collaborate with other dept managers to align training initiative with organizational goals.
- Assist in the updating of employee manpower requirement form, JA, JR and JD.
Ensure all employee documents/files are complete, organize and updated.
- Check and monitor all HR employee monitoring and databases; Ensure to keep all database updated.
Maintain confidentiality on all employee records by safekeeping all files on a secured storage.
- 5. Employee and Labor Relations
Assist and/or handle employee grievances, complaint and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor and employee relations matters.
Coordinate and collaborate with other dept heads regarding administrative case hearing and due process.
- Serves as main contact for any employee concerns.
Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures in compliance with the local labor laws and regulations.
- 6. Ad-hoc Duties and Activities
In charge of the monthly company activities.- Oversee, assist and/or supervise company-initiated events.
Other duties that may require your support by the management.
- Bachelors degree in any field.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
