- Oversees HR functions but not limited to timekeeping, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations
Monitor office staff performance and recommend improvement actions
- Develops and implement HRM Plans
In charge of office-wide communications and memos- Coordinates with other departments in implementing policies
Works closely with the top management
- Knowledgeable in other HR Facets such as Labor Relations, Timekeeping, and Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
- Must be graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resources
At least 1 year and up of working experience in the related field
- With work experiences in Recruitment, Timekeeping and Employee Relations
