Job Objective:The HR Generalist shall assist the department in delivering the right and competent workforce in the organization, to continuously support the department in bringing efficient and accurate postings of government mandatories contributions, benefits, payroll process, and all other administrative & clerical tasks in the department.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits
- To prepare online government premium reports.
To submit government premium reports to audit for check and online payment preparation.
- Process compliance certificate applications for SSS, HDMF, and PHIC.
Payroll processing for weekly paid employees
- Recruitment and Selection
- Receiving of manpower requisition form approved by the Department Head and General Manager.
Processing of job advertisements and applications through Indeed, referrals, PESO, and walk-ins.
- To provide a written examination, trade testing, initial interview, and background checking.
To submit the applicant for final interview and approval.- Gathering of pre-employment requirements.
Provide company orientation and biometrics enrollment for payroll processing.
- To encode newly hired workers into the system.
Application of ATM cards for Office Personnel and selective blue-collar employees.- Checking of employee roster file.
Online Registration of newly hired employees for government-mandated premium declarations.

- Assist in the preparation of the company's activity.

To attend government compliances, meetings, and hearings.
- Employee and Labor relation
- Maintain due process at all times.
Attends all employees concerns and issues in confidential manner.
Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the same capacity.
Knowledgeable in basic accounting, payroll, government benefit reports & processes, recruitment, employee, and labor relation.- Knowledgeable in end-to-end processing and filing of government mandatories such as SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF transactions.
Good organizing skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Can multi-task, with less supervision and with a high sense of confidentiality.
A team player with a sense of urgency.- Knowledgeable of basic computer operations and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
