  • The Role:

HR Officer will be primarily responsible for implementing activities pertaining

to day-to-day running of all facets of Human Resources particularly Recruitment.

  • Major Functions:
Monitors Manpower Requirements and Onboarding
  • Advertise Vacant Positions to Online Job Platforms
Conduct Background Investigation for Onboarding Employees
  • Ensures adherence of employees to established rules, policies, and procedures.
Ensure a smooth flow in operations and disciplined work environment.
  • Create and disseminate internal communications such as company memos, announcements, and circulars.
Prepare and collate reports of HR team to be submitted to Immediate Superior.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.


  • You'll need to have..
Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience and exposure in All HR Facets
Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, Excel, PPT) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization both written and oral.
Has the ability be highly confidential nature of human resource work.
  • Must have knowledge in handling End to End Recruitment.
