Job Description

Job Summary

HR Officer is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Helps in organizing training events by scheduling and preparing materials needed. Provides support for recruitment, filling and staff development work

Training:
  • Organize training events by scheduling travel arrangement, preparing training venue, materials and other supplies needed
Submit training documentation report
  • Perform office clerical duties such as organizing digital and paper files.
Creates training course schedules and training timetables.
  • Assists in editing PowerPoint presentations
Assists in all training events
  • Tracks and encodes results of post-training evaluation

Recruitment:
  • Timely posting of Vacant Position
100% initial assessment of applicants
  • Perform reference checks.

Filing:
  • Updates employee records and status in the 201 file and update contracts
Creation of master list of all employees

DOLE Requirements:
  • Preparation of documents needed for DOLE

HR Communications:
  • Satisfactorily drafts inter-office communications
Timely and accurate submission of attendance and leave monitoring reports
  • Responds to simple employee query on insurance benefits, coordinates benefits use and claims with insurance providers and updates insurance providers on changes in personnel status
It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time from HCM Unit

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, administrative or any related courses
At least 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to details
  • Highly organized in documents and records
Work experience in handling any events in a corporate setting, is a plus
  • Must have knowledge in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,
  • 00 per month
