Job Responsibilities:- Manpower Planning and Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure accuracy and compliance.Labor and Administrative Case Management:
Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and administrative issues effectively.Government Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Training and Performance Management: Implement training programs and performance management processes to enhance employee development and productivity.
Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment through initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement.Administrative Functions:
Oversee HR administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and manage HR systems. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
