DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Compensation/ Timekeeping
Performs timekeeping of employees attendance records including leave applications and updating of HRMS and ensuring accuracy of data for correct preparation of salary deduction reports.
- Submits Attendance, Loan, OT Reports to Payroll In-charge as part of the payroll advice monthly.
Validates OT Forms if budgeted
Monitors Leave benefits of all employees.- Submits SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG & BIR documents to the respective branch offices
Provides Sick and Vacation Leaves for commutation to HR Officer every end of the year.
- Coordinates/ Distributes Uniform to concerned personnel
Prepares list of employees that are qualified in the Good and Perfect Attendance Awards.- Answers inquiries/concerns through calls and/or emails from employees regarding attendance records and employees benefits.
Processes company benefits in accordance with company guidelines and policies(i.e. loans, uniform/license reimbursement, subsidies, etc.)
- Processes loan application of employees
Facilitates processing, submission and release of government benefits to employees (i.e. sickness, disability & maternity benefits)- Advises MSAD & PhilLife for newly regularized employees for their healthcare (PC400) & life insurance coverage (GID)
Conducts synchronization of Bundy clocks outside Head office.- Monitors tardiness of employees with offenses and submit report to HR Officer - ERT for issuance of memo
Recommends enhancement of timekeeping system and procedures to ensure effective HR Timekeeping service.
- Prepares/Sends demand letters to resigned employees w/ A/Rs and monitors the status/payments (regular/proby employees)
Files and safe keeps all timekeeping documents.
Prepares Sick Leave and Vacation Leave Commutation Report on a yearly basis.- Prepares monthly/yearly Tardiness and Absences Report
ER2 (Philhealth) / SSS R1A
- Creates SSS Payment Reference Number (PRN) for premiums and loans
Coordinates with IT for proper resolution of system discrepancies.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
