Job Description:- Work closely with the HR Supervisor to ensure that the company and employees conform to government and regulatory hiring and staff management practices.
Responsible for sourcing out and screening applicants based on the approved Personnel Requisition.- Handle administrative duties related to hiring.
Provide assistance to employees and facilitates coordination with various government agencies SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG.
- Coordinate with the company's accredited HMO on various transactions such as claims and membership cards.
Prepare monthly Staff movement, branch employees report and all other assigned monitoring and summary report.- Assist in coordinating HR meetings, training seminars and preparing minutes of the meeting.
Assist in the preparation and logistics of various company sponsored activities for employees such as Company Outing. Sportsfest, Christmas Part, etc.
- Route clearance of resigned employees to all Department Heads.
Assists in scanning and filing documents.- Prepare monthly postings of birthday celebrations.
Prepare activity postings and teasers for various activities.
- Disseminates email memoranda to all employees on Company guidelines and advisories, HMO updates and bulletins, holiday announcements, and the likes.
Graduate of 4-year HR or Psychology course.
- With a minimum of 2 years related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
