Job Summary:The HR Officer will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process and enhancing employee engagement within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications for new hires.- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Organize and coordinate employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and address concerns.
Develop and promote recognition programs to reward and motivate employees.- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
