Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resources
Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Must have at least 2 years of working experience in recruitment, timekeeping, and Employee relations
Overall purpose: Oversee HR Functions, Monitor the employees performance, Knowledgeable in other HR Facets such as Labor Relations, Timekeeping, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits, Coordinate with the management and team to implement policies
