The OD SPECIALIST is primarily responsible for the efficient and effective provision of technical support in the administration of the Performance Management System on assigned companies, review/ preparation of the employees job designs and implementation of the assigned OD program / interventions in accordance with the priority thrusts, direction and philosophy of the AUTOHUB Group and in compliance with AUTOHUB / company policies and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical support in Organization Designing
- Prepares Job Designs based on the approved Organizational Charts
Conduct documents review, research and/or interviews / consultations with unit heads to ensure that duties and responsibilities of each position are completely and accurately written on the job designs- Provides support in the facilitation of the approval of the job designs
Compiles the Job Designs per company and safe keeps the Job Design Compilation of the assigned company
- Reviews the job designs periodically to ensure that all are updated regularly
Provides support in the conduct of Organizational Process trainings and/or orientations such as but not limited to :
Policy Writing Trainings for Unit Heads- Organization Designing Training
Provides support in the conducts organizational diagnosis / organizational climate surveys / interviews
Consolidates data from the organizational diagnosis / climate surveys / interviews and prepares and submit summary report to POD Supervisor for review and endorsement
