Job Summary:The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Recruitment and Onboarding:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in a fair and consistent manner.
Foster a positive working environment and culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
- Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Strategy and Planning:
Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct workforce planning and talent management activities.
Monitor HR metrics and report on HR performance to senior management.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
